Company Reorganisation

Vericast is set to decouple its two business sector activities.

The broadcast business, currently centred on the provision of network infrastructure devices, will be operated by Vericast Devices Limited from 1st August 2010. Vericast Devices Limited is granted exclusive license for the ETI Monitor and DenMux Live software components from this date. Existing broadcast customers will be advised directly of the change in due course.

The test engineering business, based on the DenMux API and software licensing agreements with our technology partners, will continue to operate as Vericast Limited.

Vericast are domain specialists in DAB, with eleven years of experience working in this exciting technology area.

Our ETI Monitor product has been analysing and validating the integrity of live digital radio ensembles and services, across Europe and Asia, since its first deployment in early 2004. It supports a wide range of service types across the DAB, DAB+ and DMB family of digital radio standards.

Our DenMux DAB Encoder/Multiplexer product is especially suited for DAB radio test applications, and is used by blue-chip electronics manufacturers from around the world.

Following interest from a large telecommunications supplier, a new DAB encoding solution targeted at broadcast applications is currently under consideration.

We are always looking to extend our range of products and technologies, and we positively welcome enquiries about product development and partnering to leverage our unique insight in the world of digital broadcasting. We will also be happy to offer our services as consultants on any DAB project you may be contemplating.

Thank you for visiting - we hope we may be of service to you.
