Averna Technologies of Canada has signed up to an annual licensing agreement to bundle DenMux with their highly-regarded Universal Receiver Tester (URT) product.

"The partnering with Averna is hugely important for us - it gives us access to global radio manufacturers, and provides us real credibility in what is a relatively new market for us," remarks Duncan Mackay, Managing Director of Vericast.

DenMux generates DAB-compliant bitstreams ("ETI") for use in DAB, DAB+ and DMB transmissions, and is particularly suited for radio test and development applications.
